Anyone organising a festival this weekend (June 10th) would be wise to make sure that they’ve sorted out event water delivery well ahead of time, since warm weather is on the horizon – and the last thing you want is for water supplies to run out.

Sophie Randall, a forecaster with The Weather Channel, said the north will see some unsettled conditions this weekend but the east and south-east will fare better, so festival-goers heading off to Download and the Isle of Wight Festival might want to pack appropriately.

She went on to say: “There will be partly cloudy skies on Friday with showers across Scotland and the east. Risk of thunder for the south-east earlier in the afternoon, becoming drier by the evening. Saturday will see rain approaching from the west, but the south-east should escape dry. Through the night, cloud will begin to move over the south-east with clearer skies over the Midlands.”

In terms of temperatures, they’re expected to build over the course of the weekend and will likely peak on Sunday at 23 degrees C in southern and eastern parts of the country.

If you find your supply has failed for some reason, get in touch with us here at T.E.S.S to arrange for a new delivery to your green field site. We can deliver anything from 1,000 to 30,000 litres of potable water directly to your site if required.

As the weather heats up, it’s essential that you do ensure the protection of all those going to your event and a large part of this is making sure there is a constant supply of water. Give us a call today to find out more.
